Group Facilitator: Arielle Rondon

This 10-week group is designed for women who are currently navigating or have recently gone through a divorce or separation. Walking this journey can be painful and lonely. Connecting with others on similar paths can help you heal and rebuild. This group will draw on DBT techniques, mindfulness skills, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help process emotions, manage stress, and learn healthy coping skills.

We will meet weekly on Mondays from 12:00 to 1:00pm in a virtual format. All of our virtual sessions are HIPAA compliant to ensure confidentiality. We request that each group participant complete a 30-minute intake session prior to the start of the group. This will help our group facilitator get to know you, so she can tailor the group to your particular needs.

Resident in Counseling

The struggles and pain we experience in life are often the same moments that can propel us to grow, change and experience joy and freedom in our lives. As a therapist, it is my privilege to walk alongside you on your journey and provide a caring, non-judgmental, and safe space for you to grow. With a foundation rooted in honesty and respect, counseling can be a powerful experience that can release you from the areas that keep you stuck in your life.

I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and individuals ages 6+, navigating various mental health and relational concerns including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, divorce/separation, identity, trauma, parenting, and behavioral challenges. I am especially passionate about working with and empowering adolescent girls and women. I also enjoy working with diverse clients with cross-cultural backgrounds since I come from an international background myself and understand the unique challenges and blessings that come with it.

I love to work collaboratively with my clients and believe strongly in drawing out your unique strengths and values while utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches that fit you best. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT) and draw on multiple therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, Attachment Theory, play and creative techniques.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me enjoying baking with my two daughters or enjoying the outdoors either hiking or kayaking.
