My primary goal as a therapist is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where my clients feel heard, validated, and understood. I believe building trust and relationships are essential in facilitating a positive therapeutic experience, and I’m committed to walking alongside my clients as they work towards healing, strength, and restoration.
I offer counseling services to individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with depression, anxiety, family or relationship issues, major life changes, and low self-esteem. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I’m also equipped to provide effective support to clients dealing with trauma.
In my practice, I incorporate a range of evidence-based counseling techniques and interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Attachment Theory. I aim to help my clients gain new insights, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures and strive to offer a culturally-sensitive approach in all of my sessions. I’m also fluent in Korean and can provide counseling services in that language, if needed.
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy playing the piano, hiking, and exploring local cafes with my wife.
If you’re seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist who can guide you towards a brighter tomorrow, I invite you to reach out and schedule an appointment. I look forward to supporting you on your path towards growth and healing.
