Individual therapy is great. But sometimes we might benefit from the collective support and shared experiences of others who are going through similar challenges. That’s why we offer group therapy.

Our group sessions are led by trained and compassionate therapists who specialize in working with individuals in a group setting. We understand that every individual is unique, but also that people often feel less alone and more understood when they are surrounded by others who are going through similar experiences. Whether you’re dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioral problems, we can help.

In group therapy, individuals participate in group sessions with others who are facing similar challenges. They will learn from each other’s experiences, develop empathy and understanding, and gain new insights from the collective wisdom of the group. They’ll learn effective coping mechanisms and strategies for improving their emotional, behavioral and social well-being.

We offer different types of group therapy sessions, with both virtual and in-person options available. It’s a collaborative process that helps individuals to understand themselves better, improve their emotional regulation and self-esteem, and work towards a more positive and healthy future.
