Hello! My name is Eric. I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC), executive coach, and consultant. I spend most of my time working with individuals and teams, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their full potential. I hold an undergraduate degree in finance from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and a masters degree in counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary, where I also had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Len Matheson, a renowned professor of neuroscience at the Washington University School of Medicine.
Throughout my career, I’ve been interested in cognitive neuroscience and its ability to inform clinical work. I’ve completed specialized training with some of the leading experts in the field, including Dan Siegel at UCLA, Dan Allender at The Seattle School, and Brené Brown’s Daring Greatly and Rising Strong curriculums. By incorporating the latest research in psychology and neuroscience into my work, I’m able to help my clients address a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, stress management, perfectionism, trauma, leadership development, and marital/relationship issues.
In addition to my clinical practice, I’m an experienced organizational consultant who works closely with teams and individuals to optimize performance and effectiveness in the workplace. I use research from the fields of psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and complex-systems theory to help identify areas for growth and develop tailored strategies that drive measurable results.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my wife and daughters, exploring the D.C. area, and trying to keep up with what’s going on with the St. Louis Cardinals.
Overall, I try to bring a relatable and personable approach to my work, and I’m dedicated to helping my clients and our clinical staff achieve their goals with compassion and understanding. If you’re looking for guidance and support, our team is here to help!
